Please inspect all items carefully before purchasing them. Many hijabs that are hand-made and have imperfections that might appear to be defects. These are not to be considered as defects and are features of the manufacturing process.
Hijabs may become stained from wear, please follow care instructions to ensure proper restoration.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately within 30 days if the item is severely defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Why no returns or exchanges?
Because you do not want to wear clothes someone else wore, even if its just for once.
We do not want to sell you clothes that someone else wore.
